What kind of paper do you print on?

All images are digitally printed on Fuji deep matte paper.

Do you offer any other sizes that aren’t listed in the shop?

The sizes you see in the shop are the only ones we currently offer.

Why don’t you offer the same sizes for every print?

Sizes offered are due to keep the best print quality with consideration of  cropping and resolution issues.

Do the print images in your shop accurately display what the print will look like in person?

We have done our best to accurately show what each size will look like in person. For the 8x10 and 11x14 sizes, you’ll notice that they will be cropped slightly compared to the larger sizes which have no cropping. All of the images in the shop are full bleeds.

Do your prints come framed or do you offer framing?

Sorry, not at this time. You can find great frames at places like Ikea or West Elm. For larger sizes, it’s always nice to have those custom framed.

Why are your shipping costs so high?

Packaging materials, labor and shipping via USPS priority all add to the overall cost.

How long will it take to receive my print?

Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be shipped. For international orders, please expect your print to arrive anywhere between 2-3 weeks. US orders are shipped via USPS priority mail with tracking. International orders are shipped via USPS first class, with NO tracking. If tracking is a must, then express mail is an option for an additional fee. Please e-mail for more info.

Will I be charged sales tax?

If you’re a MI resident, 6% tax will be added to your order.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Paypal is the only form of payment we currently offer, but you can add a credit card to your paypal account. It’s easy!

How are the prints packaged?

5x5, 8x8, 10x10, 8x10, 11x14 prints are packaged in a clear sleeve with chipboard, in a sturdy, flat cardboard mailer. Larger prints are rolled and shipped in a tube.

What if my print arrives damaged?

We will do our best to make sure everything arrives safe and sound. However, occasionally things do happen in transit and we deal with this on a case by case basis.
